Refund Policy

At Zen Oasis Massage + Bodywork, our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for every client. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. This policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. General Refund Policy
✅ Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases and at the discretion of Zen Oasis Massage + Bodywork.
✅ No refunds will be issued for services already provided.
✅ Deposits or advance payments are only refundable under specific circumstances detailed below.
2. Refunds for Cancellations
🔹 Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance:
✅ If you made an advance payment, you can opt for a full refund or use it as credit for a future session.
🔹 Cancellations within 12 hours prior to the appointment:
❌ Refunds do not apply. In some cases, payment may be transferred to a new appointment if agreed upon in advance.
🔹 No-shows (Absences without notice):
❌ There are no refunds under any circumstances. 100% of the reserved service will be charged.
3. Refunds for Service Problems
If a customer believes the service did not meet quality standards, they can submit a review request within 24 hours of the appointment.
✅ Each case will be evaluated individually and, if appropriate, the following may be offered:
A discount on the next session
A partial credit for a future reservation
❌ Full refunds will not be issued for subjective reasons such as "it wasn't what I expected" or "I didn't relax enough."
4. Refunds for Duplicate Payments or Collection Errors
If a duplicate payment or collection error is detected:
✅ A full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
✅ The customer must provide proof of the duplicate charge by sending a WhatsApp message or email.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Zen Oasis Massage + Bodywork within the indicated timeframe.
2️⃣ Provide details of your reservation and the reason for the refund.
3️⃣ The team will evaluate your request within 3 business days and inform you of the decision.
6. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
