Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking, Cancellation, and Waiting List Policy 📅 Booking Policy All appointments must be confirmed via WhatsApp prior to the session. Advance payment may be required to secure your spot. I am by appointment only — no walk-ins. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. 🚫 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance are free of charge. No-shows will result in a full charge and you may lose access to new bookings. Rescheduling is possible and must be made at least 2 hours in advance. ⏳ Late Arrivals There is a 15-minute tolerance. After this time, your session may be shortened or canceled to avoid impacting other clients. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and applicable fees will apply. 📝 Waiting List Policy If the time you want is not available, you can request to be added to the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, we will notify you via WhatsApp in order of request.
